The RoleBased in Washington DC, cultivating client opportunities for CareerAspiration’s emerging business as well as meeting current client needs in Colombia, South America. Leverage local and nuanced cultural content expertise to execute human capital training, recruitment and people development projects to clients. Research local country business trends and candidates to meet clients’ workforce needs. Produce activity reports and talent flow metrics. Develop technical and process enhancements to proprietary database. Steward the accounting for new affiliate operations globally.
RequirementsMust work in DC office to accommodate fluctuating client in the education sector needs across multiple time zones and can travel to client US-based worksite at a moments’ notices, which would also require staying overnight at job site, with the provided accommodations’.Must be fluent in regional Colombian technical Spanish language, written and spoken, consistent with local communications requirements. At least an Associate’s degree and previous experience through a specific internship directly related to this work is required.
